We had two presentation around communities and a very interesting debate.

Both subjects tempted to give some answers.  What became a very interesting debate highlighted the difficulty one has to create and animate a community.

It has much to do with the subject, the animator and the passion one subject can create.  Most of us observed how easily sports communities tended to carry many members.
The passion being in this case the key.  But not only.  We also observed, that as the community success is proportionnal to the level of conversation, the more controversial, therefore passionate the discussions would be, the more active the community would be too.

In the end the community if about us.  Me first as scobble onced described.  We get into a community as we think the community is bringing us value.  The question therefore is what brings value to me ?
